InfoCenter or Human Soft? (2 Viewers)

Hi guyz ,

In a few days i might join an institute ( to Learn some English ) but the thing is I'm confused about 2 institutes , Infocenter and Human soft , They r both good , i went to them both and got level 5 in their test ( both of them ) , and dont know where to join , infocenter or human soft , who is the best in Learning English? , can anyone advise me?
