    as the thread is being derailed anyway, the beatles are really quite shit, i am quiet embarassed that they came from England (although i wouldnt regard liverpool as something i would want to be associated with anyway) A much much much much better band were The Kinks or even the Rolling Stones who did start out a bit like the beatles, before becoming one of the best bands of the last century.

    Con air didnt seem to be able to graspe irony,if the plane were crashing and they were listening to skynryd then it could be irony, but its more a coincidence. I dont regard blink 182 so i dont know if that would be irony.

    this is probably the best definition of irony

    'ironic - Both coincidental and contradictory in a humorous or poignant and extremely improbable way'

    An example could be a sex shop being opened next to a gaming shop/computer repair shop.

    i wouldnt want to wish death on anything, so maybe loosing both his arms would have been good enough. (if he only lost one he could go def leopard (sp?) on our arses)
