Hello everyone.

I'm looking for advice on improving my footwork and overall speed during badminton matches.

I play recreationally, but I’ve noticed that my movement on the court could be more agile, especially when switching between offense and defense.

I struggle with reaching some of the shots and often find myself out of position.

I’ve heard a lot about the importance of footwork drills, but I'm not sure where to start.

Any drills, techniques, or tips you’ve found helpful for improving court coverage and reaction time would be greatly appreciated!

Get yourself a good skipping rope for hand/ foot coordination and endurance.

Fighters have used them since forever to improve footwork and agility

I used to play badminton for a couple of years before I found the gym, it was fucking hard, a great workout.

There's a whole science behind footwork for racket sports.
