Dude, football is easliy more challenging because of the offsides rule. You have to think and run more, pay attention, run back from the play, and sprint to beat the trap or get to the ball.

You make as much sense as a MAN playing FIELD HOCKEY!

no running to cover lost ground in not marking your marker in hockey is more challenging than keeping a simple defensive line, the idea of the striker is the run the defence tirelessly to create space, so you cant be following your marker and be trying to close down the ball at the same time, thats why field hockey scraped the offside rule like 10 years ago

sorry to say this but i doubt you have ever played it properly to understand that compared to football its far from a girls sport. its one of the few sports that requires you to use every part from your shoulders down to your feet constantly
