1) What is the easiest way to make an international call ?
2) Is it easy to get a prepaid SIM, and is it expensive ?
3) Is there is any possiblity to find Arabic food resturant ? or at least KFC or Pizza Hut....
4) What is the most intersting places to visit in Shenzhen ?

And for the Juve game I don't have Hong Kong visa...

Shenzhen is not that cheap so don't rase your hopes so high
but I don't know about other citys...

I don't live in the mainland so I'll leave the locals to answer your question.

But with the visa thing?? Normally you don't need one to come to HK, you might need a re-entry one to go back to china though...

In general you don't need a visa to enter Hong Kong.
