Just a question, emotions and love apart..

If someone else other than Del Piero, if any anonymous player have scored these beautiful goals this season against the toughest Italian teams [Roma, Lazio, Inter, Milan, Atalanta] and was a vital bench for Juve season what would be his price tag now? What would be the fans, coach, management reaction of this anonymous player letting him go? Put his age apart, if any other player would have put in Ale's performance this season he would be the wanted super-star player.

Emotions aside? He is the exact sort of player you need on the bench in a successful team for leadership and the ability to either hold a ball up or go and break the other team open. He is the sort of player you need as magical moments from him are common.

If he was 25 now, a player like Del Piero would be €60m-priceless. If he was 25 obviously he wouldn't be released on a free transfer, so I'm not sure how that question is supposed to be answered.

well yeh.
If we putted a young random dude in his place and gave the kind of performances he(ale) did this season.......everyone would be talking about this new juventus guy who bossed everytime he stepped in, who scored a golazo against lazio to save the season...who is just 23 years old and plays with such composure in the attack for his age.

talking about the little gem juventus got in his hands.

My point is, if there wasn't anything personal going on this wouldn't be Del Piero's last season. It's not about contribution because he contributed more than expected to most critics.

Hard to tell, i still dont think that there is anything personal but i dont have any idea what is going on anwyays.

He did his job, but like i said before, i think that AA and marotta just dont want to rely on a 38 years old and occupy space on the bench,,,,, legend or not.

And thats were things get awkward... because he is not ordinary legend.

When Del Piero comes back to sit in the stadium i hope their is a throne for him.

I hope Conte is thinking of the Coppa and thats why he has been stubbed so early in the game.
