Say he was our best player yesterday, the team looked alive with him, and he should start sometimes. 
Each player had his role without being too crowdy in the middle like some vegetable piata.
Mediaset Premium asked Conte the same question. He said that because he knew it will be a physical match, he wanted a tough midfield, and fielding a second forawrd only when the rhytem gets slower. He also said that Ale is an added value for him, like Gigi.
He must start him vs. Genoa. Home match vs. Genoa seems like a perfect match for Ale to explode.

Not really related to the thread, but why is Pirlo taking the corners the way he does? We have lots of tall players and we have Vidal who is brilliant in the air. Yet Pirlo doesn't take the corner kicks directly and he only makes short passes, as if we're the midgets from Barca.

1. Why? Because he supports the Azzurri, if you in fact go in the Azzurri topic, in the international football section, you would see lots of praise by many Juventini on this forum. Balotelli has a tremendous future ahead of him. Being an Italian myself and Trequartista being a support of him, is the main reason why we both and others like Balotelli. Though, as a fact, currently our best forward is Matri as he managed to score, 12 goals with a midtable club and then scoring another 8 goals with a struggling Juventus side. Del Piero is class, is a legend and is an icon, but to depend on him at the age of 36 is none sense, he's going to retire soon. This summer we were all anticpating a replacement for Del Piero, that being Aguero... Rossi, all of you were excited for these transfers, so that being said.. it's a condradiction to say, what you're saying now on DP.

Quagliarella should start playing soon! Him and DP last season were monsters together, Imagine with someone like Matri, where Quag scored 9 goals before his injury and goals coming from Matri. It would be like a scoring machine up front!

1. I'm a fan of the Azzurri since I remember myself. What's Israel is got to do with it? Of course i'm a fan of my national team first, but among the big national teams I'm an Azzurri fan for almost 20 years. Btw, the Azzurri are one of the most loved teams in Israel, with Brazil and Holland (and lately Spain...Hate this).

Like I said, It was an assumption... good that you're a supporter, the more the better. However, as it stands now, in Italy... May seem odd to you.. Balotelli is an idol, a popular figure... more positively and not negatively. Many fans adore him now... for some reason... guessing they accepted who he actually is and what he has been through. The reaction in Florence was a prime example.
When in form? He's always in form when need be, both in experience and skill. it's his fitness due to his age. He's not capable of starting every game, nor finishing them. Facts still remain, Matri is the best striker. Del Piero is our legend, our role model and his time with us will be soon over, after all, his heart will always remain with us fans.
