First of all bro, it's not the provisional squad, it's just the squad for 3 days training camp in Rome. He'll announce the provisional squad on May 11th, and the final 23-men squad (that he'll select from the 30-men of the 11th) will be announced on May 18th.

I'm just like you, can't imagine the WC without Ale. I don't know if he'll be included...i can write many reasons why he'll be and why not...but right now i'm tired

Lippi needs Del Piero. But I have a feeling he won't select him.

In my opinions players like: Del Piero, Totti and Cassano are a must of the italian national team. Di Natalie is no where near as half a player as any of these 3 is. Yes he is having a good season but he is not a player that can take the load of a national team like Italy. He is to be included in the squad but others should too.
