The most important aspect of the stage we are going through now isn’t represented by three victories in a row, even if they are important because we didn’t win for a while, but by the awareness that we have finally started building up again.
Step by step, no, even better, we all (nobody excluded) are laying one brick upon another to build up something. But exactly for this reason we have to remember that just one brick laid badly can ruin the building and take us back to start everything from scratch.
We played against an excellent Bologna team, we played well and we were lucky. I’m happy with my assist and I’m really glad to have become a “godfather” to my team mate Antonio Candreva, who scored his first goal in Serie A.
Now let’s move forward. Even if it sounds banal and repetitive , for us it isn’t like that: we shouldn’t give up not even for a moment. It is obvious that we are recovering, the wind is changing, but it isn’t enough.
Now, let’s think about Ajax, that is coming to Turin to play the match, without nothing to lose. And then, we’ll start thinking about Palermo, head to head match to earn the position in the Champions zone. One thing is clear: we can’t lose concentration.
