oky...go ahead and eat all your food with low-salt...i'm eating it with salt and i'm enjoying every bite...:p
Better look for a good hypertensiologist:p I have lately eliminated salt and white sugar and once I adapted myself to a new taste, I'm enjoying the taste of every meal or drink. With exception for coffee of course, which is not drinkable without sugar, hence I don't drink it either, which is healthier too.

I agree on the improvement of the taste of food once withdrawn from salt, but, having never been a sugar addict, coffee is a gift of god without sugar or milk.

Maybe. But I've never managed to drink a mug of coffee if there were less than 3/4 of milk in the mug and less that two teaspoons of sugar. Tea, on the other hand, is excellent for me withouth sugar.

Erm... Get well soon, Ale.

this guy mustve lost his dad recently, del piero comes in and says he can relate to him as he has lost his father as well recently, and then he goes on to say that he (alex) is honoured to know that this guy and his father watched him play football together. he then goes on to give the boy advice, he starts saying as captain of a team he has to be an example to all and be strong but always listen to his friends and team mates, this is how this guy must be with his family as captain of his family and alex commends him.

shockingly del piero didnt cry when his father died he said he keeps a lot inside

great man, great capitano!

FORZA ALEX, what a gentleman :touched:
