just saw again the full filming of the moment when all bernabeu applaused del piero..i never knew he took some kind of a bow to the crowd and then he left the field..what a player...firstly i started laughing because i thought it was a funny thing..then i realised the complexity of the scene...the main actor finished his 88 (?) minutes masterpiece and then he was applauded by his critics and his fans, by strangers and family, by all..but he didn't end it...he is Del Piero..he stood there for a second...turned around and bowed to the audience like a true theatre actor, thanking.
