what made me laugh was when the commentator said as zlatan stepped up for a freekick "he's phenomenal from this position" i thought to myself, has he ever even scored a freekick? i cant remember him scoring one

but to be fair to him he did some good stuff tonight
Zlatan did score a free-kick goal against Palermo clocked 124 km/h
Reporters just love to overhype it.

But then it is so expected for Zlatan to choke on big games

yep, some really nice bits of skill and the shot was good, but we did need more, overall not a bad game though, he did look dangerous, and set up trez with a lovey move, just a big shame he didn't get involved more

He needs services Ahmed. Unfortunately there isn't one good passer in the team apart from him.

It's really not that easy to run back to the middle take the ball yourself and try to combine with someone when there's only Amauri infront of you.

whenever I see Ale going that deep to pick up the ball, we are definitely in for a tough game

That's why I keep moaning about it. Either play Ale behind two strikers since he can easily pass/cross closing his eyes.

Or push Mauro/Giovinco to the middle and put him right behind Ale.

Ahmed, 100%... that is so true.

i agree, but tell that to ranieri, he won't listen!!

thing is, when trez came on i'm assuming del piero did as u suggested, go behind the two forwards of amauri and trezeguet?

It took him less than 1min to give David one superb pass. Too bad it didn't fill right into Trezeguet's foot.

we must do that IMO...it's all or nothing at this point, we have to be much more positive...
