Yes I can read " أم الرخا والشدة".I also know "أم" means mother in Arabic (if I'm not wrong),so I thought this " أم الرخا والشدة" has an especial meaning

ya you got it right...Om is Mother.

الرخا means prosperity
والشدة the opposite of prosperity, hard times, dark times...etc

so its like the mother of prosperity and hard times.....

Yes I know the meaning of 'sheddat' or maybe 'shiddat' in Arabic.this is a word that we use in Farsi too.there actually are many words that we have in Farsi which come from the Arabic language.
