Oh FFS, they're not going to dish Del Piero. Could you even imagine the reaction of the crowd? No board is that stupid. But they're not going to pay him an excessive amount of money either. Del Piero is 32, almost 33, and Juventus have paid him well throughout his career. He might have given a lot to Juventus, but it definitely goes the other way around as well.

Let me ask you this, if he left during the scandal last season, how many of the guys would have stayed? The knock on effect means that we won't have been in serieA now so they owe him more than he owes them. He owes Juventus fans not this board, he does not owe them a thing.

No board is that stupid? You obviously have not come across a lot of boards in your time. Ask Leeds fans if they think their board is that stupid

There are some players that are not worth the money they are paying them, he is not one of those players and I am not talking about him as a player. It does not matter what his age is, as long as he is still influential at the club, still loved by the fans then they should limit the kind of nonsense they have been doing

11m on Iaquinta?

Oh God not this topic again :pumpkin:

If he left other would come, we don't need fuckers who just play or stay at Juve because of Del Piero, if that is the case..

Del Piero goes, others come.. Del Piero is like an ant next to a dinosaur If you compare him with Juventus the club.. Sure he did the club lots of favor, but the club always paid what he deserved and much more..

Indeed! Giving 11m on Iaquinta, and then offer Del Piero a ridiculous contract! WTF is going on with this board, one day you think, woohoo, they are back on a good way, and the day after you read things :disagree: pffff

Which ant would have come to Juventus in serieB because if he left it would have been impossible for the likes of Buffon, camoranesi, Nedved and Trezeguet to stay.

Everybody would have abandoned ship, who is gonna stay if the symbol and captain of the ship decides to leave.

They followed his lead as a lot of them decided if Dp can play in serieB, then so can i

Now would where would we have gotten the payers that would have gotten out of serieB at the first attempt?

Guys guys.. Calm down.. Del Piero isn't going anywhere.. The board know that, Del Piero knows that and even stephano knows that. They are just pulling the same stunt they pulled on the rest of the players.. Hoping any would agree to lower wage.
No worries guys.. In Ale we trust :) ... Please just kick Inter's ass tonight pleeeaase :D

don't believe everything written in the press, or everything said by the players everyone was talking about leaving. and even if they left, there are a lot of them to replace.

Yes, Del Piero is an ant comparing with Juventus, it's the media and the fans are making all these exaggerations, sure he is a great and important player, but not as much as everyone exaggerating..

Juve - Del Piero, ma quale rottura? Domani la firma!
8/8/2007 - 20:03

M. Silvestri

Del Piero could probably firm tomorrow till 2010 with a pay-cut of - 20%(his actual wage is 5 m €). He'll decide if he continues after 2010 when his contract expires, just like Costacurta did.
Hope it's true:weee::weee::weee:

Cant believe that some of you are still buying this game... it was the same with Nedved, Camoranesi , Buffon and Trez and at the end all of them sign.

Del Piero will not be any diference
