i caught myself singing 'alessandro del piero ale' earlier today, and then got really frightened at the idea i wont be hearing it our games anymore. I am a pretty rational guy and actually shared our board's vision of getting over the DP dependency. But Alex has been here forever i was 13 when he first started playing for us and i guess i feel pretty much like a 13 yo about him leaving...
Come see me then how great I'm feeling these days.

Ale will play in Europe next year.
That's what I also feel.

60% USA
40% Europe

I am speaking for myself. USA=Country of immigrants. Gulf Countries=Xenophobes.

PS: I am from a gulf country.
that's funny, because up here people are scared shitless by towelheads :hi:

when i'm talking on the phone with my mother or father in serbian and some old lady gives me the frightened eyes i like to throw a "ALLAHU AKBAR" her way, even though i'm not muslim in any way. it's the small things :D

I'm most probably not welcome to live there but to make a visit, why not? :p
You are most welcome. I was just asking in terms of visas and shit, I don't know the situation.

Ignorant people exist everywhere. But its on a completely different level in the Gulf. That is my perception at least.

Come on, we won the Scudetto last night, I'm happy. Alex was going to leave one day anyways, I'm easily going to face it but I guess it's partly because I don't have any special feelings for the team anymore. I'm so excited about the last two games and also curious about Ale's future.

i wish him all the best. i just wish we could resolve this nonsense and extend him for one more year. just look at the impact he had this year, clinched the victory against lazio when we needed the most. burried both milano teams. he can still be of some value next year, if nothing else it's good to have a proven champion on the bench for when shit hits the fan in a tough game.

Him not leaving on his own terms is what makes this whole thing worse.

I know he's not happy to leave this way even if it means winning both cups.

I wanted him to retire at Juve too but even if he did, it would still suck to see him saying goodbye, it was inevitable. The only difference for me now is that I'm facing it as a Del Piero fan, not a Juve fan and that's probably why it's easier for me now.

So, where do you guys want Ale to play next season? (Juve isn't an option in this poll :) )
Japon :D

i'd actually like for him to pull a raul on us. go to a big european club (one thats not on the shitlist) and excel, leaving all the fans and juventini with a feeling of "what if he had stayed". Dortmund would be an awesome location for him i think.

I don't like the idea, are you a masochist? :D Fans don't deserve that. I want him as far from Juve as possible. I know he wants that too.

Me like it. The Idea. But not Dortmund. I don't like the Bundesliga. But he must stay in Europe.

i'm only a masochist when candle lights and a nude beauty are involved, other than that no :D . i'd just like Him to make one last statement on the european map before he goes into obscurity somewhere off shore.
