Another meeting was held this morning between Stefano Del Piero and Marotta. This is the second meeting regarding the renewal of Alessandro's contract. No agreement was reached, but both parties are showing the interest for Alex to continue at the club. Further meetings are expected.

That would be a disgrace as his wages will be less than the likes of Storari, Motta, Pepe, and Martinez (no offense to them). His wages are not that high to begin with. Roma are fucked up financially and Totti still and will earn around 5 mill for the next 3 years or so. Alex on the other hand is earning 4 mill, and I think is willing to go down to around 2 mill. There shouldn't be a problem regarding his contract. We'll see how it goes.
