Is the fact that I don't praise Del Piero as much as you do hamper your reasoning or your reading skills?

World class legend = very, very good player.
Club legend = very, very good player that stuck with one team.

Ok, in simple terms, a guy said that only Juve has a world class legend in their team. I think "no, that's stupid, there are other players that are really, really good in other teams, legends or potential legends if you will, and Juve doesn't have the only one" and hence I reply with examples of that.

Go to wikipedia, look at Ibra's page and look at how much he has won (not to mention how much Inter relied on him to win). He's a world class player (and IMO a legend) and now he plays with Milan, therefore Milan has a world class legend in their team. It's not like Ronaldo's and Kaka's accomplishments vanished when they switched to Madrid.

I already mentioned including Arshavin is a stretch and was wrong, but keep arguing with yoursfelf by all means.
Arshavin>>>>>>>DP

FUCK YEAH.

Btw, Prandelli hinted few days ago that he wouldn't mind the idea of bringing back Totti to the NT and play him alongside Cassano. I would love to see Totti in the NT TBH but man, Del Piero would fit more.

I think both Del Piero and Inzaghi are needed there if Italy wants to qualify.

Ranieri has to play Totti to keep his job but there's no reason why Totti should be allowed anywhere near the national team. Same goes to Ale sadly.

Totti should not play for Italy ever again. He's too rusty and way too slow to change anything there. Sadly, one legend fading.
I think he should reject it even if Prandelli calls him although I love him in the Azzurri kit but I don't think it's good idea bringing him back.

So as long as the player can do awesome tricks & won trophies he is a WC legend? You're basing this on skills coupled with tournaments won right?

Cassano a legend...mmmmkay.

Prandelli crazy or me? He's the one that came up with Totti idea, I said to myself, if he's welling to bring Totti why not Alex in his place.
Well, the NT process is supposed to be for the next 4 years, and you want him to include a guy that can't even play 90 for Juve now. :)

The little Jew...someone's getting angry here?

What can you give to a 31 years old guy to make him happy? Lollypop?
Yeah, sorry. Little Jew was uncalled for.
You were entering an argument you had very little to do with.

Anyway, however you take it and reply to it, I don't want to end up insulting you, because...well, I told you before what I think about you from your virtual character. I know very well that my posts in this thread, even if they aren't about you, are insulting to you, as well as to Seven and H. I guess that for the time being you'll have to live with it, and I'll take whatever you keep saying to me as something I deserved.

As for my posts, about tactics, football, stats, I take pleasure into a well written post and the pleasure is bigger if I see that another one appreciates it. I am glad that many members here did appreciate my posts and made it clear. So yes, I will surely keep talking to Red about tactics and I will keep updating the 2010/11 stats thread, as funny as you find it.
But I know that, as in life, there will always be someone who is capable of very little and who won't appreciate the ones who can do more. I could never stay away from such people. Something always forced me to start fights with them.

In short, I do want Del Piero to retire and that he's slow as a turtle. That's an opinion that won't change. Will it make a difference to you if I say it or I keep it to myself if you know that I mean it?
If it does, and in order to keep this thread clean (which is surely desired by many here) I can keep it to myself. You just need to ask.

I know! And not only now, but overall. I mean, DP is a local legend, and so is Arshavin. But Russia is way bigger than Italy, SO...

Arshavin>>>>>>>>>>DP
No, DP has the much better resume, but we're playing now, not 10 years ago so yeah, I'd rather have Arshavin. Eto'o or Cassano would be fantastic and even better as well.
