The most Inter can get is some fine. A couple of thousand euro. I'm pretty sure that no fan will care about such a fine and it won't stop anyone from doing it again, just like it didn't stop the Inter fans from doing it again (I've seen same/similar things happen many times before, all over Europe, especially during penalty kicks).
