As Juventus suffered another unsatisfactory result at home following the 3-1 loss to Parma, captain Alessandro Del Piero condemned the unsavoury incidents which forced play to be suspended during the opening period.
“There is too much tension right now,” he declared to SkySport.
“This is down to our unsatisfactory performances which the fans understandably haven’t taken kindly to.
“It is normal that when you don’t achieve what is expected, people are likely to feel disappointed.
“What isn’t normal, however, is when paper bombs are set off in the vicinity of children.”
