It shows how heartbroken he is by the results we are achieving.

I know and I'm 100% sure most of you will look at me as a biased person, but I have to say it, without this man, we look like one sorry club.

I know we have played bad matches with him starting, but I always feel we are not the same team without him on the field.

His presence just makes the difference.... at least to me.

It has nothing to do with bias. It is a fact. Even if Del Piero is not on his optimum form he takes with him a couple of defenders which opens on space for others.

He is our seasons (all competitions) top scorer once again ALTHOUGH he is not a finisher.

I think it's possible. Many players were playing and coaching their Clubs. So It's probably possible to see Coaches coahing NT and a Club at the same time.
