Even though Alex and Antonio have played so little together I saw so many pieces of magic in the minutes they did..
Thats because they're both creative players....and creative players do create magic, space for other players, chances etc....

Had Cassano started ahead of Perrotta, I can bet my ass that everyone would be praising Del Piero by now.

The only problem is not being unable to play Ale and Cassano together but rather put one in place of Camoranesi who in many people's opinion including myself, is indispensible to the team.

Against France, I'm convinced Cassano should start.

Camoranesi has been played in all the wrong positions and doesn't know what to do anymore. Donadoni's asking too much of him, tactically. But he himself is playing poorly as well and I would substitute him with Cassano, although it pains me, as I think Camoranesi is the 2nd best Juve player right now.

Camo cannot play as a RWF.He hasnt the style of a C.Ronaldo...He is 100% useful in the midfield but Donadoni uses 3 DM in the midfield so theres no space for a SMF like Camo

I think Donadoni is using Camo for his crosses more than anything. His gameplan is to get as many balls as possible to Luca Toni. Cassano provides a more creative spark than Camo but Camo is better at doing the job in hand which in this case is crossing the ball into the penalty area as much as possible.

Just play Del Piero in his normal fucking position and you'll get the best out of him. As simple as that. Play the right formation with Del Piero in his normal position and there you go.

Cassano, Di Natale plus Quaggy don't have half of Dp's impact. It's all about playing the right formation.
Exactly, if u watched the first match, it was very evident DP was playing great, because he was playing central and pretty well advanced and stuff and was getting the ball alot, which is how he should be playing. But then in the game where he gets to start and play almost all of the game, Donadoni changes the tactics, and makes the wingers run and run and cross all game, forgetting that Del Piero is extremely short, so the guys were all really trying to cross to one player, Toni.
This wasnt effective because the defenders basically just have to worry about Toni's presence, and just cover DP a little bit, in case the ball does somehow get to him. For this reason Del Piero did not really get the chance to make his usual impact on the game, and suffered horribly, it was upseting to watch.
I was really looking forward to him ripping it up, but i would not blame him for not, i'd blame the Azzurri tactics and formation for his downfall. Maybe Cassano and Del Piero both playing along with Toni would be more effective vs the Frenchies. Grosso has been playing great and Chiellini and De Rossi also were great, so i do not see changes being made to the midfield or back line (except for maybe Camoranesi). However, I fear Del Piero will now lose his starting place, and that really sucks alot. Either way, Forza Alex and we all love u (especially me and Rab).

No you did not, but you said it like we have all Juve material players in our squad and that Cassano wasn't good enough
Of course that they are not all JM, but when we talk about Molinaro, he's much more JM than Cassano because the way I understand JM is about discipline, determination, team above individuals,...
