• If 343: We need to add more ball playing defenders. Something you don't urgently need in a 4231 formation. I say this because they will be very important as to how well this 343 project will work. It will be a priority in the transfer budget and not a cheap width addition.

33 year old Xhaka is not gonna run up and down the pitch for you. He is a holding midfielder.

And as pointed out, Tudor is a sucker for 3 man backline and 2 man midfield. All these lineups won't happen in reality.
