I'm not sure I'll ever forget him starting one of the most important games of the season with Savona on the left of a back 3, Kelly in the middle and Costa on the right.

But he deserves credit for getting us over the line. Under Motta we were only going in one direction and it's very hard to see how he would have turned it around with Roma/Lazio/Bologna on form. If Kalulu hadn't have been so idiotic it could have been more comfortable under Tudor.

There were mistakes along the way, I think too many to rely on him for next season. But he leaves having done a really important job for the club and a Juventino.

Nah, he's not gonna stay. We need better. I wish he stayed, as an assistant, or maybe even the next gen, but he deserves more, so we can only thank him and wish him the best.

I am convinced that with Motta at least one of Roma/Lazio/Bologna would have been a defeat, and at least one of Genoa/Lecce/Udinese/Monza/Venezia would have been a draw. Enough to miss out on CL. We can say that Igor saved our season.

I feel like he's currently at the peak of his career and leaving now would be the best move for him and his future. There's a real possibility he might not achieve good results next season. Coaching this Juve is an incredibly tough job, and it's not far-fetched to think Tudor could end up like Motta and others, losing both his current popularity and damaging his reputation.. If he leaves now, he walks away as a hero, and I believe he'll receive solid offers elsewhere. As for us, we need a coach with a proven track record and experience like Conte.
