He's is very animated on the sideline. I like it.
refs don't. he got a yellow for leaving the technical area

while inzaghi has the heatmap of conceição without any consequences lol

anyway, good start. first half was excellent, we kinda shat the bed physically in the 2nd, but i can only remember one big chance by boca juniors (when pinamonti put his foot in a cross and it barely missed the far post), while we missed many chances as usual. the run by thuram at the end is what i loved the most, that's the mentality we need

Today's ref was diabolical, how genoa got away with so many fouls, most of them unpunished is beyond me, yet Kephren and Kalulu got a yellow for next to nothing

Grabbing 3 points in the first match was a great debut, but still early to write him off. It takes a while at least for a coach to get the players needed to fit into his system. can't even tell if a coach is good or not if he doesn't have one o two months at least to build the team around his strategy. I expect to see a huge improvement in the style of play and upgrade in tactic. The team has been underperforming and it's obvious that we haven't made any progress since last year, in fact we have had lack of improvement on the team. We are really in the gutter.

business as usual in marotta league

a ref who's not a complete moron is a refreshing surprise these days
Honestly what would be more refreshing is if the club came out damning these incidents and incompetence. I literally want us to hold a press conference with slide shows and clips of incidents we get penalised for against those like inter who get away with it. It's the only way to call the league out once and for all.

Tudor ended the post-conference JuveGenoa by banging his hand on the table 3 or 4 times: “How emotional did it make me to see the stadium full and the banner with 'welcome home'? Very beautiful. But the victory was even more beautiful, because you have to win. Victory is more beautiful than emotions”
