Agree that it wouldn't be his fault if we fail to get 4th but in that scenario we don't hire him full time imo.

Important to start with a win.

We were never going to see big changes given that he has been here for less than a week and a lot of players were on international duty. But I liked the clear improvement in aggression, the fact that we finally looked to stretch the opposition by playing in behind and largely playing players in roles that suit them.

The biggest issue is the lack of quality in the squad, especially how much we struggle to get the ball forward from defence.
