Federico Ceccherini is a 32-year-old defender who currently plies his trade at Cremonese, but had played under the Croatian boss during his time at Hellas Verona in the 2021/22 campaign.

The Livorno native revealed just how brutal the training sessions can be under the guidance of the new Juventus caretaker coach.
“We are talking about a real hammer,” said Ceccharini in his interview with Il Corriere della Sera via JuventusNews24.

“He does devastating full-court workouts. I still remember his defensive drills. I used to tell myself: ‘Today I will die on the pitch'”.

I hope he’s the guy long term, I don’t want them trying to recreate the past again by bringing back Conte. So I hope Tudor earns it.

everything I’ve read about Tudor’s style reminds me of Conte. Probably why he hasn’t stuck around anywhere long term even though he’s had success lol. Anyways, he’s been a manager for a decade, so I think its time he got his shot with a bigger club. And he clearly loves and knows Juve. Would be a good story.

“Every coach is different,” Tudor explained during his OM presentation. “I want courageous and intensive football, not only uniquely based on the defence. I want people who come to the stadium to be entertained and not disappointed. It’s inevitable that there’s a part of Italy in me, because I worked there for long time. You have to pick players that are adapted to the game with passion and desire.“

Will he have a press conference or are there any interviews scheduled for his presentation? Or will they just mix it with the prematch press conference towards the end of this week?

Tuttosport is reporting what was my first thought too - he will play 3 man defence, but imo, might use Locatelli as something in the mould of Bonucci there.
That would actually fit our squad if Luiz is back and finally shows his real talent.
McKennie will probably stick to the LWB to rotate with Cambiaso.
So we could probably see something like this:
Gatti - Loca - Kalulu/Veiga
Weah/Conceicao - Koop/Luiz - Thuram - Cambiaso/McKennie
Yildiz/Nico - Mbangula/Koop
Vlaho/Kolo
Ofc the front three could actually interchange the positions, but i like that plan, especially since Loca actually almost played CB for Motta.

No matter what happens from now until the end of the season I hope Tudors reputation isn't ruined here.

I still feel bad for Ferrara who turned out to be a terrible coach but was one of the best defenders I've ever seen back in his day and a real legend.

the biggest question for me will be how flexible Tudor is tactically. It’s what held Motta back. It’s what held Allegri back (the second time) it’s what held Sarri back, etc. Need to find a manager that can adapt to his players, and not vice versa. Tudor seems to have all the other stuff, so if he shows he can do that, he can be the guy, and not just a caretaker.
