As Andy said...I voted Pastore because I have seen him more than Neymar...and if there were 2 to pick here it would be those too and form what I have seen of Pastore so far is just :dazed:
I think the uniqueness of the position, the role he can play, how he can add to forwards, how he can score himself, etc., is a lethal combination we haven't seen since the likes of Zidane if he can actually keep it up.

I guess according to some Neymar could do the same for us, so I guess whichever one comes cheaper. What I like (also) about Pastore is he won't use up our non-EU spot since he is already in the league so maybe we can use that to our advantage.

That's my point. Pastore is going to be fucking great, and if we can get a non italian amazing player and not use the EU spot and use it on another great player, then that seems like the smartest ticket to getting this team on the right track.
Not to mention we have the luxury of giving Palermo players to lower the price of him, not something we can do for Santos. I don't think we have anyone willing to move there...
I would forgo buying potentially the best player on the planet if it means we can get two world class players in return with my theory...i mean if Pastore becomes a top 2-3 then its just tit for tat at that point.
I can say I've seen all of the above players this year and Pastore has been the most impressive imo. Neymar is amazing to watch but Pastore is more complete and could probably make mediocre strikers better than they are while Neymar would need someone very skilled alongside him to reach his full potential. And I don't like his attitude
I've only seen his game against the US. He was linking up well with Robinho, it just seems that he needs someone who's good at playing those quick one-twos to get through defenses and do that. His dribbling is pretty good too though.
