In answer to the topic:

Any system in which there are no major differences between political parties and the various segments of the society (both socially and economically). The more of such differences there are in a society, the more of a class-society you're gonna get, the more people will suffer and there will be more crime. Research within the fields of criminology and sociology backs this up.

Another way of putting it: A system based on a mixture of socialistic, capitalistic and liberal ideas.

Now, there are many different ways of mixing those ideas up, but as long as it doesn't create big barriers between the people living in the Society (politically, socially and economically), it's all good.

The Nordic Model

It's not perfect, but it works damn well.

My vote for the repubs is do to my inability to support abortion and also being a business owner I can not stomach the democrats attack on business
Well you can't very well expect the hungry to stop being hungry without the government stepping in with some funds to feed them, to educate and train them so they can be integrated into society. That money has got to come from somewhere, and business owners tend to have it. Look at it this way, you pay more in taxes as a business owner and in return you have more costumers with spending power.

My version is just one of the theories to fix this problem, the one i find to be the most moral one

If that was the case then there would be no poverty in the US. The problem is the government gets the money then spends it on some bullshit while people starve

ac, better watch out. jem's from a country where a pack of fags is priced somewhere between 50 & 100 $. they are fucking insane up their, those mountain monkeys.
:D

A 20-pack of cigarettes costs 18 dollars here now. It's very expensive. But then again, our salaries are very high. Doesn't even matter what line of work you're in. Some make more and some make less, of course, but the spending power is big among all citizens who have jobs.
