15% corporate flat tax.
OK I'm good with that, but there needs to be clear division between a corporate entity and a person. For instance what happens for one like me with an llc I would pay the 15% on business and then 35% on the personal and finally 6% on the sales tax. One who only works for a corporate entity would pay less. So in the end the business owner would get punished

If you do that you'd have to eliminate sub-chapter S corporations. Just have everyone registered as a C corporation.
Agreed.

I'm a big fan of authoritharian, if you got the right guy. the 7 years independent Latvia had an authoritharian regime (1934-1940) hands down beats any democratic government we had before then or since 1990. Of course it can also go terribly wrong

Likely hood of having a great leader in that system is very very slim

Yeah, I mean you can't say that because people have extra money, that they will expand businesses, hire employee, etc. They might just keep the extra money. Kind of like the banks after the bail out.
you cant look at similar situations in the past and look at how people behaved when their spending power increased?

Secular - Non Suffrage - Socialism

--

State and religion should be totally separated. No mention of god on the currency and no being born into the church and having to write yourself out. Organised religion should be secular and all those who want to join the party should pay for that particular feast.

The wellfare and security that state apparatus brings with it should come with the responsibility of doing your utmost in a fashion that will make you satisfied. You lose your priviledges if you're caught not doing what you should to get back on the job market after losing a job - deal with it.

Obsene richness is morally wrong as long as there is one person in the country not living a good life. Yes, a satisfying and good life, not just 'not being hungry'. You can try to persuade me into agreeing that a person needs to have 100m euro's spread around on different accounts but you will fail. There is no need for that, and that money could surely be spent in a manner that will enrich your life too. Government should be large and subsequently have a large influence on corporations. For example: it should not be a possibility for corporations to exploit the current financial crisis. Laying off workers and redistributing the same work load on a smaller force just because there are 100's in line for the job if you, as one of those actually left with a job, raise concern that it's unfair and unethical. Government should have it's hand up in all that.

Above you have the guidelines for a prospering society with minimal inequality. We just need to start early and teach the children in school about social awareness.

So what is the ideal-type political/economic system?
Irrelevant question, really. It all depends on the people running the show. I'm a firm believer that asking about the system is the wrong question.

You could have an Secular - Non-Universal Suffrage -Pure Socialism system run by incompetent, corrupt dickheads where all the citizens want to kill everybody. And meanwhile the Totalitarian Dictatorship run by benevolent, competent overlords would beat it every time.
