01/22/2004. Ajax striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is facing two months on the sidelines after undergoing surgery to cure a long-standing groin injury.

The Swedish international, who is Ajax's leading scorer this season, has been troubled by the injury all season.

He is understood to have tried to clear up the problem in time for him to return to his best before Euro 2004 even though it will damage Ajax's championship challenge.

i think zlatan is an amazing player and i hope him the best or recovery ..id like to see him around in the euro 2004..
and hopefully maybe juve..but i higly doubt moggi is intrested in attackers esp at this time
