Only good thing in my life is my B/F, but I am sure that wont take long untill he will recognise that he is too good for me .

In this days nothing can make me happy. So many times I wish to die....

I dont care what will happen, whit who I will fight... I don`t care at all!

Ana, I'm sorry to tell it to you, but I think you would need to talk about your problems to someone. Maybe they could help you! Because I worry about you so much! I would like you to be a bit happier again!

i just don't know what would i give to see ana very happy.......

she needs to find out (if she doesn't already know)
what makes her feel like this....
    why she feels like this.......

to fight against what is destroying her life day by day.....

or to find somewhere strenght to fight.....

    in religion,
    music,
    whatever......

    just NOT to give up....

    cause if you give up....
when you reach the bottom it's too diff. to stand up again....
    trust me....
    personal experience....;)

I have to agree with GT here Ana, if you feel that way you really should get some professional help. And never underestimate yourself. It's better to be conceded and think like you're the best than it is to put yourself down all the time. Remember, if you dont respect yourself and if you dont believe in yourself than noone else will.

    ah.....

    zlatan dear....

    hearing you saying these things....
i remember my best friend saying these to me when i was depressed for lots of months.....

    and it's really true...

    but the words can't help...
she needs to help her self firstly by her own......

But thats how she has to help herself, by doing what I said.

I dont believe in all that American shit, when they always pass the blame on to someone else: Its the parnts fault, it's internet, the TV, music, rappers and stuff. It's always someone else that is to blame. I dont believe in that. Nobody else is responsible for you and your state of mind and feelings but yourself. If you want to change, you can. If you want to be happy, you can. There are people who dont know how to be happy.

I for example, try to shape myself. I try to see if there's something objectivly wrong in my behaviour and if there is I try to change it. Everything is in will power, but you have to have character for that.

i kniw but i think that you can't just be unhappy without any reason....

i am unhappy when important things are going wrong....

if everyone ex. is making fun of me cause i am stupid,
    fat or whatever.....

    there MUST be something,someone whatever,
    that makes her think useless,
or don't have self-confidence and respect.....

    there must be smg wrong.....

I dont agree with two parts I put in bold.

Cause first and the most important teacher of our life are parents. They have to bring up child, cause noone else does that for them. They give bases, roots, hints to their children. They have to show and teach what is good and what is wrong. If they dont do that - who else do that? Noone.
School? For sure not, when teacher has 30 pupils in one class.
Net, TV, whatever? - no way.

And I dont say, that parents are responssible, that they child are bad/unhappy people are adults. But they are responsible, that they didnt give good bases for their children, when they were young, cause: no time, no will blah blah.
And if such kid doesnt have good model of how to live, it's hard to find their own adult way themselves.
Some people are strong enough to do that, some are not.

I saw that many times, when I had chosen to work for some time in some places. Different people, different places - pattern still the same.

The only things that can affect you is those you let affect you. Everyone has had something bad happen to them, but that doesnt mean they have to mean they will be depressed or suicidal in adulthood. How many serial killers, rapists, criminals, blame their state on their childhood and things that happened to them. But there are even more people who had the same things happen to them but they grew up to be a functional person. You can change anything and everything about yourself if you want. You are in control. You are the one thats in control of your faith. Of course parents (or bad parenting) can have a bad impact on someone, but they can change that if they want.

I believe in will power and character.
