maybe, but this year's uefa cup looks to be a mouthwatering spectacle with barcelona, valencia, inter all on equal standing as far as favourites are concerned.roma will have problems winning it imo, with barcelona and inter so desperate to lift the gloom surrounding their domestic woes...

What I found kind of unfair when the CL still had two group stages, was that the teams placed third in their groups in the first group stage would go through to the Uefa Cup and the teams who finished third in the second group stage, who went further than those who came third in the first group stage, would get kicked out of Europe all together.

But still they're the best...that's what worries me. People can say whatever they want about Roma, but in the end they end up being the best team...at least so far it has been that way. They have a formidable attack, let in extreamly few goals but above all have the determination and belief in themselves that makes them the strongest team in Serie A...it seems they are a lot stronger than both Juve and Milan this season.:frown:

I think Milan has done a great job in Olimpico. Players seems to understand what the coach wanted.
Ancelotti was genius to put 5 midfielder and Sheva was the lone striker. Kaka' and Rui Costa were playing together...hmm, that's surprising but they have proved that they can play together.
Cafu was very mobile, and good coordination by the rest of the defender.
Brilliant tactic by milan and once again, they deserved to win.

I really hope that we can beat Roma as well!:strong:

but they're gonna win it anyways
Don't bet on it. Man U are the most dogged team in that league, and they always hit overdrive in the second half of the season. Don't rule Chelski out of it just yet either.

    Ancelotti was genius
I never thought I'd live long enough to see Ancelloti being called a genius! Am still shocked. I think you might want to reconsider that label Febrina.

And good to see you :)

i wanna see roma and valencia in EUFA cup final....just wanna see how totti wud fare against aimar  but then again, roma hasnt the depth to go all the way IMO, if a few players are injured esp totti...then they're screwed. but i think inter will go far, coz of their depth....so will barca, regardless of their preformance in la liga

btw, on the EPL....i'd hate to see arsenal winning, and everybody go and kiss henry's ass :dontcare:, same goes for manU and fergie :fero: cant stand that old man...! i'll root for chelsea, that'll make wenger+fergie eat humble-pie...... :D

I hate to say it but I just shit my pants. "Unbeatable" does not exist in Serie A. I have seen seasons where Juve won the scudetto but lost to Pescara and Foggia by three goals. Unbeatable? I beat my meat!

Very true, Pado. In the serie A a team like Juve can lose the league in the final day of the tournament to Perugia , and that's why we like it so much.

It might not always be the most entertaining league (although I believe that the clashes between italian giants are always slightly better than elsewhere), but it sure as hell is the most competitive one there is.

I find it healthy for football that teams like Verona, Napoli, Sampdoria or even Lazio and Roma have been able to win the scudetto in the past 20 years. Oh and also Inter, I forgot.

I think Arsenal will remain unbeaten and win the title :)

I mean would it be possible to be unbeaten and still not win the title?! Ahahaha..
