I don't know about the others on this forum, but Roma doesn't seem to worry me at all. Why? because every team will have its down time, Juve is having theirs right now, Roam...maybe later or maybe they'll choke towards the end. You just never know, but until then you never give up. Looking at out team we see great potential with a little fine tuning, this alone shows that anything can happen. maresca is playing more and that is good sign, the right combination will be found. Regarding Chivu is it not true that he is non-EU player and that why he is not playing for Juve? If this is so Roma should consider themselves lucky.

i see roma as front runners or scudetto this year. they dont have cl duties. that's an important factor. remember, bayern were knocked out in the first round last year and after thet they demolished german league. roma can do that this year.
many thought that this year we have more depth. sure, useless legrotagglie among grandpas in defence. appiah was supposed to be a backup for davids. now davids plays the same role as fresi. it's a crime to treat him like this. we got miccoli up front. but most of the times our forwars are off form or they lack support from midfield. and lastly, nedved is not the same as last year.

in this situation, if we don't do sme drastic changes, i can see us trophyless for next couple of years.

yes, roma does seem to be the most motivated team to win the CL. i say inter will put up a fight too.

but the difference between this situation and bayern's german league is that in no account whatsoever someone should dare rule out juventus or milan. both are just bound to be on the top 5 even if we wont win it.

To tell you guys the truth, if Roma don't win lo Scudetto this season, I'll be surprised. ATM they're way above us and Milan

I actually think that if they were in the CL they'd be the favourites

no, they would choke in both competitions. they dont have enough depth.

Roma are definetely as good if not better than the Roma of 2001. But all said and done, its too early to predict their invincibility in the league. After all, Juve and Milan are well within striking distance, and with over half the season left, only time can tell.

I still maintain that Roma are favourites for this year's Scudetto, but it is true that if they lose Totti, Samuel or Chivu for a long period of time that they may crumble. Hopefully this happens.

we have around how many matches to ctahc on? if they loose 2 match and tie and we win two and tie we will catch up its only a mtter of 6 points which could be earned in three matches!
or eaven top them off hopefully were going to do it! and i have faith in juve come on we were at one point last season in the 5th spot and the seasn before we won it when inter were on the verge of taking it! lets just hope that luck would be in our side aswell!

Yes Roma do look like the favorites. But as I mentioned earlier, thats in current form. At the beginning of the season, Juve was in outstanding form in CL and scudetto and were favorites for both. Roma will have their bad spell and Milan is going through it right now. So its too early to give predictions. Maybe in April we can say who the favorite is when Juve has a 10 pt lead with 3 games remaining!!!! hehehe

I find roma not that strong "in paper" compared to juve and milan... hey but u dont need specifically 22 super starrs to win a league.. and the guys are showing GREAT DETERMINATION to win the scudetoo.
They are playing like a team and they are the winter champions. the team to beat now.

And its very clear how wonderfyll totti plays, even with all his arrogance (i think that his arrogance is what make him play like that :D fok totti)
Maybe because last year they didn't play that well?

i hope that roma will slip, but the problem is that they dont play in the CL, so their players are mentaly and physically more concentrated than juve to win the serie A..........

anyway, hope they slip

Look, there is no team thats unbeatable! You will see, that one player like Totti or so gets injured, and we see the roma of last year! I also think that Milan will win against Roma, and we will see a very tight race for scudetto! Not even that half of the games are played, and so many people already know, who wins it!
I call this panic, funny and stupid!

no.

some people just see that some teams are just strong enough to win it. maybe saying that roma is unbeatable is a little drastic but i think that at the moment roma is the main contnder to win the scudetto. moreover, i think that we won't win any scudetti for next 2 or 3 years.
