The game is optimised for ATI cards, but that doesn't mean nVidia cards with sufficient GPU resources won't be able to run it

Yes,of course they can run it....but not pure dx8.0 cards.....it requires at least dx8.1 card for smooth software rendering of pixel-shaders. Even Ti4200 128mb has big problems with HL2 on my friends computer....

Im a bit dissapointed with the graphics. I still find Doom3 graphic better.

But overall its a very good game.

Are you.....erhmmm....blind????? Doom3 graphics is a fake one....onley textures builded up and the engine same as quake3 the inquirer wrote about it. A fraud.

Take a look in the beginning, the chairs in the train are square and ugly. They are not even detailed...

In doom i fixed the flashlight radius, and i can clearly see all the details.

The reason they didnt put the flashlight on the weapon is that almost no one could run it properly.

don't rely on MX,Majed.i suggest you get an FX instead since alot of games are using PixelShader nowadays,which unfortunately isn't supported by MX.

i got screwed with Splinter Cell with my MX that way.

help needed, i got killed once in half-life 2, and when i loaded the game again it says "AI disabled", the enemies stand still doing nothing, u cant talk to anyone anymore, no interaction with others..... whats wrong?

Open the console and type "AI_disabled 0" and that should work......
