Thats exactly what happens to me Marty. Whenever I can't fall asleep, I always keep thinking "damn why can't I sleep". Then I start thinking about stuff, and then before I know it I have been awake for 3 hours.
Andy and the other guys complaining about not getting enough sleep, need to get laid :D

Get a really loud alarm clock and place it on the opposite side of the room, so you have to get up to turn it off.
Exactly my point...:groan:

However, I am completely the opposite....when everyone wakes up, I can NEVER get back to sleep....

I always have sleepless nights.......

It's my instant reaction to say "Oh, five more minutes"

when that times up, its another five more minutes, until an hour passes.

Then I say, its too late to go, maybe the teacher isn't gonna be there, maybe they arent learning anything new

I just put the alarm clock on the other side of the room so I need to wake up.

Either that or put some ice water in the place where your alarm clock usually is. I'm an expert at turning my alarm clock off without waking up, and this has worked for me before.

Since you've got roommates, just tell them they've got permission to wake you up using any means necessary. I'm sure River and Mac will think of something

I don't know what you guys are talking about. My mobile alarm works in 101% of the cases, even if I slept for 3 hours.

If you can't get up- why bother to try? :D

Just stay in bed!

I've been missing classes left and right, till I got a mobile and used it's alarm.....boy that thing is loud.

However, I set 4 different alarms in order to wake up........if not, I could oversleep by 12 hours without turning. :D

To me the root cause of waking up late on the weekends is all those great documentaries on the Discovery Channel and TLC late at night... I just can't stop watching them.
