I'm always complaining how we need a smiley for this and a smiley for that, so I thought "why dont I make some". The only problem is I dont know how :down:

right-click on a smilie, and save it on your desktop.

use it as a template/format for creating other smilies. easy as that.

im not sure if there is a software for making them but it is possible to add smilies to the list on the forums.
