This is a little silly, football is a worldwide love affair, from Africa to Europe, Asia, South American as well...Why do you think thinks like Boca and River Plater fans love football as well? So yes, I am an Italian, although raised in the UK so yes Italians love there football, some more then most though...

There's no nation in the world that loves football more than Italy. How silly of me to believe that was a well known fact. What do you mean they don't care much by the looks of it? La Gazetta dello Sport is filled with at least 10 pages of football every day, not to mention all those other papers. And practically every evening they're discussing about Juventus, Roma, Del Piero or Totti.

Gabriel Heize called me and said, "Klaus Augentauler is a better coach."

But I wouldn't expect you to know who that is.
    then who might he be?

Klaus Toppmuller is probably better, he managed to build an amazing leverkusen team.
Yet Fergie isnt despite joining Man Utd in the "Dark Ages", you lot dont understand that before Fergie came United hadnt won anything since the 60s...! He joined a team that was in a worse situation then Man City are in now...

Are you kidding? Fergie had no money at all, he had to sell before he could buy anyone anyway, United only became rich when they changed to a PLC in the 90s!

but it wasnt the situation where the club were in massive finacial debt. Not to mention the clubs history could bring in players.

A history of being a great attacking team, who after Sir Matt Busby couldnt furfill its potential? And 20 years trophyless? Against teams like the great Liverpool and Everton sides of the 70s/80s...? Not to mention Brian Clough's Derby and Nottingham Forest sides?
