Nope. I used to, but my "department" was moved to a city north of Copenhagen.

My workplace is also about 40 minutes away.
Aye, that sucks! But 40 minutes is reasonable. Are you one of those people that manage to study on the train? Cause I never can - I get distracted by the view or pretty girls getting off and on! :D

:D I'm usually half alsleep on the train. As you see, I don't get much sleep at night - I never really were good at that :groan:

When I'm not passed out and drooling on some guys newspaper, I usually do the same as you :D

The sleeping thing is working for me too - sometimes (when I travel outside the rush hours) there are a bunch of old people on the train who are always looking to start a conversation with you (read: hear you out about girlfriends, study, family etc.). It's actually for that reason that I bought a discman and an inflatable cushion :D (it takes me 2 hours by train to get from my native province to The Hague after visiting my parents)

oh... the old people! :D Always yacking on and on. But I do talk to some of them, cuz they look very lonely at times.

    2 hours eh? Bummer!
It takes me 6 hours by train, to go visit the family in Jutland. I don't do that so much - for many reasons ;)

That's not good enough a reason for me to engage in conversation with one of those fossiles. I was once travelling with a friend of mine (Anne) and we made a deal that if any grandma was gonna start a conversation with us, we'd put up a little show. The one thing they will always ask you is whether or not you have a girlfriend, so at this point I'd tell the granny I was gay and Anne would then go all "What? Well you didn't seem gay last night!" blablabla :D

Sadly, the opportunity didn't come up that journey and 'twas only two weeks later when I was travelling alone again that I got bothered by an oldie again :groan:

6 hours and then only to end up in the hell that is a family visit? :scared:

Oh Jutland :D I take it your family is nicer than mine then? I've actually purposely left the country on my birthday several times just so that I didn't have to invite them!

Oh they are terrible - and for some cosmic reason, one side of the family cannot peacefully spend two minutes in the same room with the other side of the family so getting it all over with in one party isn't a done deal either - I have to split it in two awful, awful evenings :scared:
