And yeah, it's legal. Unlike other countries (well, 3; Belgium, Canada, Spain ) we don't just have 'gay legal unions' but full 'gay marriages' that gives gay couples the exact same rights as straight couples. Including adoption.

Interesting. I really think Koln would be your thing- we are the next gayest city next to amsterdam (at least thats what Ive heard but it seems to be true) and you would become ' top dog ' considering you are foreign. Its a good icebreaker for me (when i chat up girls that is)

Classic.

We do a bit for it here- mostly get drunk. Here, we have the day of the carrot and stuff- just excuses to get drunk really!

I recommend coming to Koln in February during Karneval- we are the best city in Germany for it, and there are alot of gays out usually.

Then we have in June a gay parade infront of the dom. All the gays in Koln also put up coloured flags and swarm the Dom.
