Breast reduction sucks, Lili. Abolish that from your mind.
The difference between a real and fake breast is not only the blatant 'unnatural' look to the boob but also a very firm and less-enjoyable (for both parties) feel.
I hate the way the things wobble too..a real boob has a really great jiggle to it, a wonder of the world if you will.

I've seen Lili's pic, in her case - reduction is idiotic. She's lovely the way she is.
Of course, in extreme cases; medical reasons, being uncomfortable in your day-to-day life as a result of the size of your boobies are but few of the many examples of scenarios in which this procedure has my vote.
