He's doing great for Bayern, scoring in almost every single match; be it Bundesliga or CL.

I prefer RVN-Makaay with VDV behind them as someone already mentioned. Who else can be playmaker in Holland?

oh come on guys RVN and makaay cant play together and like Ian said they both need alot of service,IMO RVN is terrible with NT but kluivert is their history goalscorer(i'm not sure)so it is very unfair to put him in the bench,RVN only performs for Man utd i dont fancy makaay much when he's with holland so i say kluivert-VDV.
