I thought the first season was decent(haven't watched the second yet). Not the most original show though is it? I mean a few superhumans among us who have 'evolved', have superpowers, these beings with superpowers persecuted by normal men, good superhumans vs bad superhumans .. where have we seen this before? hmmm

In a whole bunch of other shows, movies, just like pretty much any other theme you can imagine. Pretty much everything's been done before, how you approach it is what makes it different.

s02 ep09 was brilliant...but the writer's strike has really messed it up...truncated season is really awful

Truncated or not, the show was messed up from the first episode of season 2, whole bunch of stuff didn't make sense and didn't fit with the first season. Overall it was simply not a good follow up, the creator of the show admitted it, and I'm actually glad the writer's strike finished it earlier.

It's horrible, it gets lost just like "Lost" did. And you get new characters which are awfull.

sure teh story was a little rushed and claire literally went back to square 1 with a rehashed story(but with a love interest) but as with the first series you can feel it is leading somewhere,though i cant wait for syler to return to what he does best

one of these days they are gonna come up with a 20 yrs later episode and then end the show... i don't think it'll even survive this season until they bring out drastic improvements...

I stopped watching PB after season 2. IMO that should have been the end. I know that some people still enjoy watching it, but i've simply lost interest.
And I'm close to giving up on Heroes.
