I dont see him coming so theres no point in arguing. Lyon wont let him go for a good price, his the ideal cover for revelliere infact TBH he may just take his starting line up place. If lyon win the double ( which they are very likely to do) then theres even less chance of him coming. Personally I think we have a better chance in getting revelliere than Clerc.

But the point is that Clerc's contract ends at the end of this season, so we could get him for free.

I must say, I was impressed with him last night even it was his bad pass that led to milans third goal, but that was the only mistake I saw him make all evening. But I fear he's at the top of his game right now, and although he is good enough for Lyon, I don't see him succeeding at a serious topclub. Let's not forget that he is 23 (not sure) and this is the first season in which he is playing in Lyons first team and that he just got his chance cause Lyon were out of other options.

I would prefer someone with better defensive skills since we already have Zambrotta on the left running up and down. I saw flashed of Zebina when Clerc made those errors. :(

Although he's not a pro at defending, b/c he plays in Italy and as some experience, Oddo would be ideal. Zaccardo too, he's younger but can't cross. He defends better though.

    did u watch the game?

I defo thought he was impressive, excellent going forward...but like cicinho was always too far forward.

One mistake doesnt make him shite.

If so Gerrard is jus as shite as he has done the same thing twice.
Good god. I watched the whole 94 minutes and I'm simply pointing out the fact that his grave mistake led to Milan's third goal, and nothing else. Some of you definitely need reading comprehension classes.

Why would one need reading comprehension classes?
