I must say, I was impressed with him last night even it was his bad pass that led to milans third goal, but that was the only mistake I saw him make all evening. But I fear he's at the top of his game right now, and although he is good enough for Lyon, I don't see him succeeding at a serious topclub. Let's not forget that he is 23 (not sure) and this is the first season in which he is playing in Lyons first team and that he just got his chance cause Lyon were out of other options.

I would prefer someone with better defensive skills since we already have Zambrotta on the left running up and down. I saw flashed of Zebina when Clerc made those errors.

Although he's not a pro at defending, b/c he plays in Italy and as some experience, Oddo would be ideal. Zaccardo too, he's younger but can't cross. He defends better though.

actually we would get him as a free transfer, i think his contract is running out.

Clerc would be a decent signing. He's a good young player but I'd prefer Oddo.
