i dont know about everyone else, but personally, ive always felt that henry is a tad over rated.sure,he scores some mind blowing goals in the EPL,his runs are dazzling, his close ball skills amazing..but he doesnt really pull off the same tricks in the national team, does he?the henry with the french NT is a shadow of the henry we see at arsenal.ive always felt that the epl defences give him too much liberty, liberty that he doesnt get against playing against national teams, and liberty that would surely not be available to him in the serie A.he is a great EPL player,he could do well in spain, but i dont think he can be as effective in the serie A and that is why imo he is over rated.

I yesterday thought about this. I think is wasn't a mistake at all. 'Cause in a team, you have something called "chemistry of the team" that's mean how you can understand, in tactical terms , in the field with yours team mates. In Juventus, maybe, Henry wouldn't be the big player that he's in this moment. In Arsenal, i think, he found the players to make "chemistry of team". I don't know if you can understand me. But i think that the "evol" of a player is extremely tied with his team mates.

The primary difference was that Henry was made into a striker.

Lets not forget, we brought him here to fill our wings, as his position was a winger. Arsenal made him into a forward and I think that was one of the primary reasons for his success.
Another would be the amount of confidance he gained playing in the EPL where the defense is alot easier to breakdown and having a lot of pace and speed is a real advantage there. As he found it easier, he gained alot of confidence in his abilities and how to utilize his strenghts.

Henry wasn't given a proper enough chances here, he spent 6 months and started some games (where he missed some sitters). I think he could have developed at Juve, we just didn't take enough time with him.

it didn't reallly matter much coz we kept winning titles and matches..

There is a certain amount of truth in that, although in Henry's case I think it's not so much having chemistry as being the main man in the team.
