First suggestion for help: choose a more descriptive thread title than "help". Are you drowning? Do you need a lawyer? Have you fallen and you can't get up? Why should someone click on a link that says "help" without knowing what for?
Do a search for thread titles with the subject line of "help". There are so many it's embarassing, really, and you can't get to them because it's too common.
