Help with PPLive (1 Viewer)

Guys, I need help with PPLive.

I dont know what's wrong with it but everytime I select a channel, a message box appears telling me:

"Please check your connection"

And then a balloon on top of the PPLive icon in the system tray says:

"Analysis Host now, please wait...."

But nothing happens? Help!
