ok nonsubstitute, this should fix ur problem:
1- install the game
2-set game resolution to 640-480 medium or low
3- force ur refresh rate to 60hz
4- set vsync always on
5- If you have Geforce MX or FX, use the latest drivers (53.03) set Mipmap detail levet to High performance or Best Performance
this is what i have now, if it doesnt work, tell me what changed in the performance of the game....
