How people do home-made videos and insert a song of their choice in it?? Which program they use?.

For example, a video of motocross with a song of linking park in the back?.

Is someone know, please help! i want to know which program is used!!

anyways I cant help you out here...but i must say the choice of track depends very much on the movie.....
