I haven't decided yet, but since I'm going to do study English and Spanish at the University, I guess it will be either Spain or UK...

Can't you choose Holland? Most of our universities teach in English anyway and 96% of people of have degree in the language so you would never even have to learn a single word of Dutch, yet you could go to a nice place!

Loughborough, Leicestershire. Great student town. It only has 50,000 inhabitants but 10,000 students and 52 pubs + 5 really good clubs. To give you an indication.

Well im sure I would have hated it there also. Those places are too country, you need the city to make this country livable.
