I know he took major part in 1974 with Hafez al Assad. I also remmber he once said that "Lebanon is a part of Syria". He's actually a big Mafia.

It's an internal fight in the gang ruling Syria right now...

I don't think he deserve to be hanged with them....The Syrian secret service did alot to him...the church thing was set by the syrians lot of things he didn't actually do. I just blame him for the war that happened with General Aoun...where they should have been united and fight the syrian troops.
